Feelings of the Season

Just a short note to say Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone who has visited, commented, fav’d and joined my watchers over the last year or ever!

I just posted what I think is my last Christmas render and as I look at what I have produced during the month of December (thus far) it reflects two things.  First, as you may have noticed the holidays are very inspiring to me!  I really had no desire to do anything but express the joy of the holidays through my 3d art.  The second thing is the breath of emotions, all good, I feel this time of year.

Of course this time of year brings out my fun sexy side and I think several of the works reflect that!   The other thing I always appreciate especially this time of year is my friends.  The Sexy Helpers series was especially fun because I got to work with three of my special SL friends, Brenda, Trixie, and Etherea.  And of course, I really look forward each year to doing a holiday render of me with my BFF Etherea, with whom I collaborate on almost everything SL and DA related. 

Finally, I always appreciate how lucky I am this time of year, and how I have been very blessed.  These feelings become especially strong when I listen or watch the calls home from service women and men who can’t be home for Christmas.  My grandfather spent World War II Christmas in Europe.  My dad was in Korea for a Christmas when he was in the service.  So the final Christmas render is one that reflects a special appreciation for everyone, soldiers, firemen, or just the working guy who can’t afford to get home this time of year.  I’m thinking of all of you!

Lastly, though I did quite a few Christmas renders, there were several really great ideas which I didn’t get to complete.  There is always next year!  Plus, the holidays aren’t over yet –next focus:  New Years!
