Heroine Trap

Supergirl waited at the old warehouse for ten minutes... her internal clock told her Batgirl was late and that was highly unusual for the super punctual Babs Gordon.  Her concern about her friend and fellow super heroine distracted the blonde girl of steel and she didn't notice the slightly green tinged kryptonite laced gas as it seeped into the room.  It wasn't until a wave of dizziness hit her that she realized something was wrong.  She turned and stepped to the door but her movements were slow and sluggish.  She felt like she was pushing through thick syrup as her vision blurred.  She realized something was wrong and tried to leap into flight and smash through the ceiling into the fresh air.  Her jump took her to the ceiling but she was barely moving and her vulnerable body could not break through even the thin roof beams.  She bounced off and landed in a heap on the floor.  As she lay sore, weak and barely conscious she realized that she had been lured into a trap.  Her last thought before darkness closed over her, "where was Babs?"

The big thug watched the blue and red clad maiden slam into the concrete floor after her feeble attempt to fly through the roof.  He waited another ten minutes before opening the warehouse doors to ensure the air was clear and only then removed his gasmask.   Quickly he bound the sleeping girl in the kryptonite laced rope and the forced the big krytpto gag between her soft lips.  The unconscious blonde, who normally could pulverize him without a thought, was light and limp in his arms as he carried her to his van.   His boss would be pleased.  This part of the plan had worked perfectly.
