Commander Bond

"I assure you Miss Femlove I am who I am."

"Well… to be honest, when they told me I was be rendezvousing with  Britian’s top agent, the famous "double oh seven," license to kill and all that, I was expecting someone … um… taller."

"I am tall enough to do what I must do."

"You have to admit Commander Bond, you are rather … petite.  What are you, like a size 2?"

"I must say Miss Femlove, I think you will find me quite … capable."

"Oh I am sure you are Commander Bond, but I’m talking beyond the martial arts, the crack shot, the photographic memory and the expert driving skills."   <sigh>  "Okay.  I admit it, the rumor is that Britain’s most talented agent has left a string of romantic conquests from Moscow to Istanbul.  Among the women in the business there aren’t enough “Ohs” in Oh Oh Seven to describe his talents, if you know what I mean." <wink> "Just between us girls I was looking forward to meeting that legend." <giggle>

"I’m sorry to disappoint you Miss Femlove.  But I must insist, despite your disappointment, you act like you are enjoying my company at the gala, at least until you can point out the terrorist courier to me.  Can you do that?"

"Yes of course.  Anything for England.  And please call me Darling."

"Isn’t that a bit presumptive?"

"Its my first name Commander.  Darling Femlove.  And what should I call you?"

"Commander will suffice."

"That seems so…inappropriate.  Can’t I call you Jane?"

"No."

<sigh> "Very well Commander."

"Now take my arm Miss Femlove, smile, and lets accomplish this mission quickly."

"What’s the rush Commander?"

"Why Miss Femlove, didn’t I mention that I just returned from Istanbul?"

"No."

"I was in Moscow before that."

"Oh."

"Yes.  I'm due a short vacation when this mission is over."

"Oh.  and what you will be doing on your vacation?"

"I will use the opportunity to practice some of my other 'talents.'   I have many talents beyond shooting and driving."

"Really?"

"Yes.  And I also have a reservation in this Casino’s Presidential Suite beginning as soon as this mission is accomplished."

"For you?"

"For two.  Do you have plans after the mission Miss Femlove?"

"No Commander."

"Excellent."

"Oh Jane."

"Commander, Miss Femlove.   At least until the mission is accomplished.  At which time we will test these rumors that you appear to be so interested in." <wink>

"Yes Commander." <smile>

"After you Miss Femlove.  The Champaign is right through these doors."

"Thank you so much … Commander."
